Rajiv Dutta
Rajiv Dutta was most recently the President of eBay Marketplaces and Executive Vice
President of eBay Inc. with overall responsibility for eBay Marketplaces, a global
business unit that contributed about 70-percent of eBay Inc.'s total 2007 revenue
of nearly $7.7 billion. Previously, Rajiv was President of PayPal overseeing a period
of rapid growth and expansion, particularly in the company's merchant services segment.
Rajiv was also President of Skype, and previously Chief Financial Officer of eBay.
During his tenure as CFO, eBay's market capitalization increased six-fold, growing
from $750 million to $4.5 billion, and the employee base growing to nearly 12,000
employees. Rajiv continues to be a member of eBay's Board of Directors.

Bill Nixon
Bill Nixon is Chairman and CEO of Policy Impact Communications, Inc., a full-service
public- and government relations company. After working as a speechwriter for President
Ronald Reagan, Nixon served for more than 15 years as a senior staff member and
speech writer on Capitol Hill, the majority of the time with Republican Senator
William Roth of Delaware. He also worked for Republican Senator Orrin Hatch of Utah,
and on the professional staffs of the United States Senate Committee on Finance
and Government Affairs Committee. Nixon is also the author of several published
books. The first, Strategic Compromise, was published in 1990.

finance, accounting, investor relations, and real estate operations. Before joining
Facebook, Gideon was the CFO of YouTube, where he negotiated its $1.65 billion sale
to Google. Gideon was also the Treasurer and Senior Vice President of Finance for
Yahoo and led corporate finance, M&A / business development evaluation, cash
management, real estate and treasury operations.
